dyno numbers from aruba

Hi guys

How's it going?

I've dynoed my truck last week and i've put 376 rwhp and 536 rwtorq airfuel was 11.8

The hp is a bit low because the truck just keep on downshifting when dynoing and that made the blower realy hot and it lost power

It was on 19 degrees sparktiming and realy hot weather

My mods are a 6 lbr pulley predator (custom tune from dyno dan) and the water/alcohol injection

Well the truck can do more than 400 rwhp but i have to advance the timing more i think 23 degrees timing (cause i have the alky kit on)

What do you guys think?

My next mods are stage 2 cams and self ported heaton

John

I say if the truck kept down shifting the Dyno operator doesn't know what he's doing

CONGRATS my Aruba-ian Brother (is that a word ???)
Great Tq #'s but I agree with you on the HP #'s (something wrong there)
Still PLENTY of power and globs of tq though, WOO HOO!!!

Did he Dyno it like this;
Huge MF Fan in front of truck
OD off (the proper way is for tuner to shut it off via the chip B-4 the Dyno)
Put in 3rd gear, truck should be brought up slowly through the gears
Once in 3rd operator maintains a constant RPM and MPH (usually @ 66 mph)
THEN
Jump out the MF seat and stomp that SOB through the floor boards

Either way nice numbers for a hot day heat soaked heaton and Ehh, got any pic's of the Arubian-Babes ???? ; o )

Is the high torque because of a spike around the downshift?
