New to List, live in Ohio, any more from Ohio?
I just got a 2000 Lightning recently. I live in Youngstown, Ohio. I noticed one person mention Williams Ford in Berea Ohio, not too far from me. Just curious who all is from the Ohio or western PA area. Maybe we can get a good turnout for Ford night at the Boardman A&W in June. (will find exact date soon) Usually have over 150 Stangs and other Fords there, and would love to see some L's there as well. Please let me know. Thanks!
BTW, I love the truck very much! Turns everyone's heads. I am concerned about this intercooler problem, seems like many of them need new coolers. Whats the problem with them.

I will find out the date next time I am at A&W and will post the date at that time. It would surely be great to have a few L's side by side there. Also, anyone in the area MUST come to hotrod supernationals in Youngstown (Canfield actually). Our dealership has a huge cruise to kick it off, last year we had over 300 cars at the dealership. Hotrod Supernat's is June 23-25 at the Canfield Fairgrounds. Our show is June 22, Thursday night. More details to come when time comes sooner. My L is red. No performance mods on it. I put a red, fiberglass ARE tonneau cover on it, plus bedliner. I'm taking it out to Norwalk Drag Raceway tomorrow (Fri). for the first time. I want to see if my times are what they should be. I'm not burning any rubber from a dead stop. How about you? Beside that it runs good. I hear it needs to be broken in a little and performance will improve. I got 1,600 miles on it. Another L owner had 1,100 and posted his 1/4 mile time on this page. If I'm close, I'll keep my mouth shut. If I'm running in the mid 14s or higher, it goes back to the dealer for testing.
