I have had belltech drop spindles and socal shock extender and front hangers in my garage for a year, i am going to get around to installing them soon.
If i did that plus the hotchins would I have to notch the frame rail? would it destroy the ride. I want it low!!! but not a back breaking ride.

For me, the Belltech didn't work out at all. Of course, I had the whole 3/4 drop kit. But the ride quality absolutely sucks!! I ordered the Hotchkis yesterday!

And by the way, as I've not yet returned to the states, Tim has agreed to hold the kit for me until July. Isn't the man just awesome?!!

It would be too low and the ride/handling would suck.

Thanks,

Tim

1.5" front and 2.5" rear. You can find them here.

You would be damn close. On a 97-02, 4" is about the max drop without a notch. And even then, a heavy load will make you ride the bump stops.

No one can answer that for you. The ride will roughen in direct proportion to the increase in spring rate. For the fronts, that's about a 30% increase, in the rear, even more.

Is that "back breaking?" My recommendation is to try it and find out! Nothing that you bolt on can't be unbolted.
