Steve,
I've never seen a case sensitive email, matter of fact it's an RFC policy that emails can't be case sensitive, so you're right thats not it.
I also tried from my work account, it rejects the same way:

Steve,
Seems to me it must be in your mail software. The MX record is mostly likely right on your DNS entry or the our mail server here at work wouldn't even get to talk to your mail server, much less get all the way to a 550 user unknown error.
My best guess is you have a small config problem on lightningfanatic.com.. I see your running linux with sendmail 8.9.3, seems to me if I remember right you have to have a virt host table, that should redirect lightningfanatic.com back to a local user. But it's been a long time and I have the feeling you know more about this than me anyone.. so I'll shut up now.

Steve
Steve,
I did a nslookup on your DNS records.
MX = mail.lightningfanatic.com
mail.lightningfanatic.com = 216.167.31.120
This is the same for f150online.com..
mx = mail.f150online.com
mail.f150online.com = 216.167.31.120
it's not in your DNS MX records..
just an FYI
I can telnet into mail.lightningfanatic.com port 25 and see the mail server running, sendmail 8.9.3, so thats not the problem either.
If I remember correctly (and it's been a long time since I've screwed around with linux) you have to establish a virtual host table for send mail to read, that way all the domains are routed in correctly.
Just an FYI
