Removing bed need assistance.
Going to change my fuel pumps, as well as check for a couple exhaust leaks and clean up the frame a bit.
I did a search and came up with a few tips. Im going to just remove the bed and lift it with my lift. What I got is there are 6 bed bolts, a wiring harness, and the fill tube for the gas tank.
My question is are there any other components I have to take care of before I lift the bed??
What do I need for tools (are the bed bolts torx???)

Yup, big *** torx, T-50 (just verified it!) ... And they strip very easily.
It's the biggest one in the Craftsmen set.
And a ground strap by the downspout.
I only took mine off to do Stan's Panhard so I am not sure what FULLY
taking it off entails ...

If it says "T-50" on the side < grin > it is ...
Can you post some pics of the process, Talli?
I am going to remove the bed someday soon and would especially like to see the fuel filler removal process.

Just undo the large & small worm drive clamps and remove hoses near to chasis above tank. a bit of time to remove hose from metal pipes and when replacing a smal amount of silicon grease or rubber lubricant (no questions re the latter pleeesse)
Dropped my tank down (1/4 full only) onto two wooden blocks and had enough room to disconnect lines and remove complete pump & sender unit in one.
Easy job to swap pumps over in the end mate.
A man with your skills and workshop will turn job round in under the hour.

What is really confusing and sent me to the store twice
is that the bolts are stamped with a "60" and I thought
that was the size ... Actually not.
