Installed my new black carpet and new Chicken mats. Like the look much more than the original stock look.

How much did the carpet run you? That looks GOOD on a white L...which is my color too.

The carpet was around $160 I think. It is molded and has the padding attached to the bottom already. I just let it lay out for one day in the sun and all wrinkles were gone. I let a local shop install it while I was work (busy week) so can't comment on ease-of-install.

Yea....I hated the grey as well.

Is the colour of the lightning floor mats the same grey as the standard lightning carpet or darker?

Looks good! I would think that the install I did on my 90 GT would be harder than a lightning, much more trimming involved. Looking at the site they have a wide variety of colors too! I'm thinking I might go with a dark navy blue or greyish blue to compliment my True Blue paint.

I fitted my black carpet a month or so back. Not that hard to do but not easy either, would be easy to mess up if you are not careful.

Man that look's SO much better than the stock Gray,the Gray get's Dirty WAY to easy!Now that i see what the Black carpet look's like,that's something i'm going to be doing to mine.
