My theft light has acted wierd since I got my L in March. Sometimes it flashes when its suppose to. Sometimes it doesn't flash when I've locked the L with the remote. Then I will unlock it, and it starts flashing. A couple of times it was even flashing while I was driving it. Has anyone else had this problem?

Not here Tom. I've never seen the theft light on my 99L act up. It flashes very dimly though and not easily visible from outside the cab, so I don't know how much of a theft deterrent it really is.
