How does the forecast look, though? I heard this silly front may not move through til after the weekend?

Houston Raceway Park (Baytown) and Lonestar Raceway (Sealy) are on opposite sides of Houston which in this case means about 100 miles apart. Andre (1badtk) told me Jerrod and Noel were going to Sealy Friday night. Andre is going to FFW at Houston Raceway, but he is going Saturday morning. I want to go to a track for some testing Friday evening, but haven't decided where I am going to go.

How about it guys? Want to go to Houston Raceway and meet up with Wes Friday night?

 

I'm 15 miles from Sealy, a long way from HRP. I'll go to Lonestar if anyone else is going, I'll have to check their website for times, it probably starts around 7ish. I'm going to learn how to cut a 5.0 or die.....

I am thinking about going but I need to get some info times. When does this start, and roughly what time is Andre or Wildman running. Wes, are you racing? Let me know something. I might email everybody to see whats up if no reply.

 

I have the times for Friday-

Sealy - Gates open at 6, start running at 6:30.

Baytown - Gates open at 5, start running at 5:30.

I live in Sugarland, so I am 50-70 miles from either track and am flexible. Can everybody post where they will going?

I will be in Columbus this weekend which is about 15 miles from the track. Weather permitting, I will be at Sealy Friday night. Need to get some practice also.

 

I will check with LSR tomorrow and make sure they are going to be open because of the rain and post here. I will go if at least one other goes. If you say you're going and don't I'll put sugar in your gas tank. hehe just kidding.

Actually for this particular Friday Baytown is open at noon...so vendors, etc can set up and park.

I'm driving straight to the track from N. Dallas and hope to arrive by 3pm or so.

If the weather is nice I'll back the car off the trailer and make some passes on these ET Streets I have to use for the True Street event this year. Never run these tires before. Otherwise, I'm just there to get a good pit spot for the weekend.

The eliminations start about 9:00 am Saturday, all of them. No specific time when they will start the Tot Truck series. I will be arriving at the track on Saturday around 8:00am or so. Will tech in and make a couple of passes with each chip to determine which one I will be running. Hope to see you there.
