Couple vids from Thursday night.

These Videos were from TNT at Memphis Motorsports Park on Thursday night. A friend of mine was watching my last run from the center of the burnout box and said I pulled the driver side tire about 6". Too bad the camera angles weren't right to see it. The JDM drag springs are definitely working.

The new roll bar is great. You'd be surprised how much of a difference the added rigidity makes in how this thing launches. Plus it just feels more stable all the way down the track. It'll be nice being able to legally run faster than 11.50 in competition.

Enjoy.

It's about 4 megs for you dial up guys.

P.S. Tonight is daylight savings for you guys who haven't set your clocks up.

Up front I have JDM drag springs, QA-1's set at 0 and sway bar removed. On the rear I have 1 leaf removed, 2" shackles and QA-1s set at 7 and 8.

Remove each leaf pack doing one side at a time. Once you get the leafs off the truck there's a bolt through the center of each leaf pack that hold them together and two clamps per pack that keep them aligned. Bend the clamps out of the way with a pry bar, loosen the bolt and the leafs will just fall apart. Remove the third leaf down, replace the bolt and bend the clamps back closed. Now re-install the leafs and job is done. It'll lower the rear about 3/4", drop about 30 lbs and soften up the suspension a little.

YOU DA MAN JIM THANKS

I'm heading to Jersey Friday afternoon to do Drop Springs in the Front (at V's house) so I DEF need to do this Mod soon afterwards, otherwise it's gonna look like chit. One more question please, WILL I NEED TO CHANGE THE PINION ANGLE ???

Unfortunately so far NY, NJ, and Maryland are all showing rain Fri-Sat, if Cecil happens to get rained out next weekend and I'm already in Jersey (and up on V's lift), I may just do it then, otherwise it'll have to be another time.

Thanks for the directions, it's exaclty what I needed to know. 3rd Leaf down is counting from the Top Down I assume ?

Sorry to steal your Post Bro, CONGRATS AGAIN

That is correct. As far as shims go, you'll just have to check your pinion angle once everything is back together. Every truck is different in that aspect. I left mine just like they were from the factory. I've had no problems with the pinion angle thusfar.
