vomiting spark plugs

Unhappy vomiting spark plugs

my lightning has 45k on it know and has a new head put on it by the dearler at 15k because it spit out the spark plug and runed the threads. and know it has happend again. i have put on a k\n filter throalbody and thats it. im still running 8psi boost. i dont know what to do to stop this problem. shoud i take it back to the dealer and say sumthing? if any has had this problem let me know what you did. maybe it will help me.

install the time-cert spark plug inserts, which are 8 thread inserts opposed
to the 4 thread holes are cylinder heads have

We have a wrench fest a few times a summer, I know a few people put timecerts in their heads. It really isn't that hard and you can do all of them in a day.

Reading your post gave me a headache. If you don't want to spit plugs make sure they are tight.
