Predator and Custom Tunes
Predator and Custom Tunes
Want to see if anybody else has seen this:
I had a mail order tune in my predator and I had decreased my Global Timing from "0" to "-4" since I put on a larger pulley. So my Spark Advance timing was 12deg.
I then go and get dyno tuned and my timing was set at 14deg from the tuner. So as I understand it, the dyno tune replaces the mail order tune on the Predator.
At the track last night I datalog my Spark Advance and it's still reading 12deg from still being set at "-4" Global Spark.
The power is there, i'm curious if my Predator is screwed up on how it's reading the WOT timing?
Anyone datalog under similar circumstances?
Thanks!

I don't believe the Predator reads the wrong timing, but the tuner may have set your timing without datalogging it immediately afterwards.
Check your timing at "zero" on the global adder. It should show 16 degrees at WOT.
