How much boost on 95#'s of valve seat pressure?

How much boost on 95#'s of valve seat pressure?
I was just wondering how much boost is safe to run on an engine that has valve springs that are rated at 95#'s of seat pressure? I have been told that JL uses springs with that pressure on a lot if his trucks. What say you?
