I know this sounds odd but coconut macaroon cookies(Archway makes some) helps with the diaharea(sp) from Crohn's Disease. My wife was diagnosed with a "mild" case of it recently and her research of Dr. Dean Adell's(I think) website came up with that. Good luck Met and get well soon.
