Thumbs up New Personal Best - (Christine goes STRAIGHT)

OK, I have hovered around that 11 second mark for years.

Everything hung together on my truck ... First Run was a neat 12.22
that was effortless (As opposed to how I struggled to get back there
last year....)

Then I popped a 12.03 and almost went wild.

That was on the 6 lb pulley tune on the actual 4 lb pulley for safety.

So after a few more 12.0x's it was time for the brackets.

Seems a SURE way to run an 11 ... Dial in at 12.00

And I was RIGHT ... 11.899 SWEET !!! First time I took a yellow
with a big a$$ed smile on my face !!!

Christine did a number outta the hole that scared MEH !!!

Thanks to Jim and Greg at SR Racing and the DYNO I moved
up to Sal's 6 lb race tune figuring with 11.0 A/F I was pretty safe.
(I'm running 40 percent Toluene)

I guess I need to order a new Decal, huh?

In the immortal words of our fearless leader WOOOO FR@#%*(%^#$ HOO!

Cliff

PS... Thanks to Gator and Rob02 for the NOS mount ... It is TRICK ...

PPS. ...The MPH at Clay City are notoriously 5-6 MPH low ...

You got an 11.89 out of a 4 pound pulley? Way to go! Please send me your recipe for speed - I could use it!

Terry,

Stephen Jessie ran a 9.96 in his Cobra ... Stock block, Eaton ...

Smoking time, and a record for a stock eaton I think ...
