I hope others will follow my lead in this department(Kill dept that is!).
On my way home from work I stopped by to visit my brother(he never did get that TA) at his work,seems a couple of kids have been talking "ill" of my ride.Some kid in an un-modded 5.0 and a kid in a 95 Z28. Well on my way into the parking lot I spy a Dak r/t waiting at the light. I stop right across from him and power brakes and puts all kind of smoke in the air....You wanna dance,we'll dance!
He leads me to the same road I took the LS1 on the other night,how fitting. I roll up next to him,give him the wave(we're doing 35) and I let him get about 3 cars ahead and I stomp on it! My backend actually got a bit loose on me but I righted the ship and blow him away! I slowed down to about 70,let him get back beside me,I look over and wave "bye,bye", and take off again! I slow back up and he gets behind me and flashes his lights and wants me to pull over. I oblige. First words out of his mouth are,"that's one bad a$$ f&ckin truck!" I say thanks and now I hafta hear about how he's ordering "a Borla exhaust,Filter,MAS,and then I'm getting a Paxton S/C". He tells me he wants to run em' again once he's finished(he says in about 2 yrs! LOL) I say,in my best Dr.Evil impression "Riiiiiiiggghhhht."
All in all, he was nice guy,but I'm sure he's on the Dak message board say ho he had me outta the hole! I gotta stop given leads to them and just "layeth the smacketh down" form the get go,but it's oh so much fun to play around first.

Nice kill Hitman. I live in a area where there are a lot of little rich kids who get their cars from daddy. My F150 does OK but I'm sure the L will leave no doubt. I bought my L because I'm tired of screwing with them. Kill'em quick, clean and from the start.

It is so funny how no matter what type of vehicle a person is in when they race, it is all too often the losing driver will come up with statements like: My vehicle wasn't running right, I'm gonna do this to my vehicle, I'm gonna do that to my vehicle, blah, blah. Cool that he was a good sport about it though and not a jerk. If someone will start tellin me stuff like that in the future, I think I'll come back w/yeah but just you wait till I put a BIGGER blower on my L, blah, blah, blah.

MRBBQMAN always makes me laugh.
At the track I saw 2 vehicles with nice bumper stickers.
On a 10.4x second Grand National:

So can we make one that says:
"You only beat me cause you are quicker." ?!

Yeah,next time I lose(knock on wood) I'm gonna go on and on about I'm changin this,and that,and I'm painting the truck purple(cuz that's the fastest color!),and I'm putting a big #31(stickers=HP!) on the sides,and I'm bolting in a Triton V-10 w/ a blower,etc etc...
