Post New L, lower left a-arm bolt is moving

Yep, just like in the '99s; it has been moving about 1/4" either way. Does the right side lower a-arm have the same problem (potentially)? It hasn't moved yet. Anyhoo, I'm going to have the dealer tack-weld or star washer these connections before front end alignment. What seems silly is that FOMOCO hasn't fixed this. Dealer service manager (Heller Ford in Escondido, Ca.) knows all about it.

The right side control arm does not get the problem as it is a round hole for the bolt. Only the left side has the slot.

Along with my new engine, I am getting the star washer installed.

I too, cannot believe that Ford didn't do something about this. Sort of leaves a bad taste.
