Angry Customer service????!!

Just to let all of you know,If you are going to buy a intake,Wait for sals or order a Air Aid.After ordering another downs for one of my customers this is what happend.I recieved the intake but It was missing the main bracket.I immediatly called Downs.The guy on the phone first would not even speak to me until I gave him a invoice ##.He had a real bad attitude.I called back.I explained I did not recieve the Main bracket.They did not send it!.I asked for them to send me a new one.They said "you probally dont know what you are looking at!" I said this is my second one for a customer,I do and I am missing it!!.After a few moments of being on hold,He comes on and says,I dont know what to tell you,My guy says he put it in.Now I was pissed!,Why would I lie.I could make one in 20 minutes for about $1.50.So after fighting for him to believe me he sent it out.After looking at the box,It said in blue ink pen"MISSING BRACKET"!!What a bunch of jerks.Oh yea,It took 2 days to recieve the filter kit.It took a week and a half for the "missing bracket to arrive"

Does the Airraid have the concave end of the filter or is the end flat black rubber?
