Woo Hoo!!! 150 MPH+ and it purrs like a frigging Gorilla, (or something...)

About once every 2 months I have to work on a Saturday for 4 hours,
a few months of the year on that early am drive in, I SOMETIMES get an oppurtunity to "go for it" and in a BIG WAY. It hasn't worked out that way for quite some time, BUT TODAY IT DID.....
YA BABY THATS WHAT I'M TALKING BOUT

The expressway was empty and no one was behind me so I crawled down the ramp let a good 1/2 mile or so of traffic get ahead of me, and then jumped out the MF seat and stomped thast SOB through the floor board,
WOO HOO!!! I was at 120 before I could even look down so I figured AH WTF why not stay in it and give it the "OFFICIAL" oh ya I'm broken in now test, hehehehe. Needless to say I had the speedo pinned for quite sometime and based on how fast it was still moving when it got pinned,
there is no doubt in my mind it was well over 150 MPH "and for a good amount
of time". Words can not express how frigging AWESOME it felt and how big my smile was to FINALLY be able to do this WITHOUT having to limp home and change spark plugs. Even after I got off it and let it just coast along a while, when I looked down I was still coasting at well over 100 MPH for quite some time. Got off a few exits later and the smile is still on my face hours and hourse later

BTW,
After @ 5-6 weeks of 24/7 non stop construction my house is FINALLY and officially will be done by weekend end, so I'M BACK.............

Hats off once again to Jim and JDM (Beers This Lightning ROCKS

Glad to see you are having fun again.(I knew you would). Maybe you will have more time to post now that your house is done. I have missed the enthusiasm of your contributions.
When we hitting the track? I am paid for Cecil already.

Hey Jim how you been Pal
I've missed you guys too : o (
Man I can not tell you how hard it was to do this every day and night day week after week with no breaks, I have not gone to bed before 1 or 2 am for at least 2 months now, (and remember I get up at 4-5 am daily)
I have not looked or played on the computer other than one or two times from work and I have so many hundreds of e-mails that I think I'm just going to delete them all and start fresh, (so if anyone wrote me please dont take it personally). But it all came to a head this Friday and other than a little BR on the 2nd floor that still needs a day of spackle and painting I am 100% DONE and basically have a brand new house from wall to wall.
So I am now officially back and I def want to get to ET and make some passes soon

Hows yours doing Jim ?

EDIT
BG V IN DA HOUSE, WOO HOO!!!
So is my room ready Pal ??? ; o )
V, I'll call from the L in a few when I get out of here
( ok I promise to be doing under a hundred when we talk )

Been driving it again the last two days. It feels great compared to my Bronco DD.
Come to Cecil to see if I made any improvements.( Same tune as last year for now, just some old school tricks).
