When I enquired about X-plan they said I had to be an employee. Are you saying that I would have qualified for it simply because I am a paid member at nloc? Why do the dealers ask who your employer is before they will talk to you about xplan?

A Plans are for Employees.
Z Plans are for Relatives of Employees
X Plans are for Companies and Groups who are associated or do business with Ford.

 

A plan is ford employee - or mother father brother sister grandchildren - in laws qualify as well
Z plan is retired ford employee - or mother father brother sister grandchildren - in laws qualify as well
D plan is dealership employee with the same pricing as above plus $100
X plan is for relatives of employees (say cousins) or friends
there is also a x plan partner, say a company that supplies alternators to ford
