Post D.R. results-----...

Made a total of 6 runs today. The weather was not good...100% humidity. All 6 runs were almost exactly the same. The BFG DR's hooked fine.. 6--1.90 60' times. I ran with 20 psi and spun them until they smoked a bit. Brake torqued the motor until 1200-1800 and they held solid..All runs were 13.5@102 With dryer air I know more is to be had...Jeff

I have made 8 runs on mine and have tried anywhere from 16-20 psi and the best time I have had was a 1.99 at 19.5 psi. I have sone that good a couple of times on the GY F-1's. I guess I need more practice with them!

All of my 60' times were 1.90,1.91 or 1.92(worst) Weather conditions were so bad today(humidity) that I think I could have gained a tenth or 2 at my power levels. With the tries at 20 psi I put the gear selector in 1st and brake torqued the engine until the tires smoked decently. I had very little if NO wheel spin. On a good weather day I think I could have easily bested my 13.28@103 time. For me DR's are not a waste...Jeff

I went to the track for the first time last saturday and the best 60' time I could muster was 2.189 resulting in a 13.57 1/4 mile time. Like I said above I have a pair of BFGoodrich drag radials and am wondering how much I can expect them to help me. I have 255/50-16's comming. Thanks Brian
