Credit where credit is deserved
Just want to post my dealings with the tuner that I mentioned in one of my posts froma few days earlier....
The individual I referred to came through in the end - product delivered, tune received, and all is well. Even bent over backwards to make sure that customer satisfaction was achieved. Yes, the delay was a bit extensive, but in the end - all is well. I am yet another satisfied customer, and he is a tuner that I will deal with again.
To clarify, I was NOT attempting to start a flame with the posts that I made, nor was I "bashing" anyone - I apologize to all parties concerned if what I said was taken in that manner. I was simply frustrated, and obviously my post here made the difference and achieved my goal of completion of my order and his goal of customer satisfaction.
To you, personally....THANK YOU, SAL!
