Just wondering how many of you have installed cam bolts on your upper control arms, and if so, how well your Ls have stayed in alignment after the fix? In other words, would you recommend doing it?

 

I have installed the cam-bolt kit around 2500 km ago and it is now more planted in turns. I have not checked the alignment since.

 

Thanks for the feedback, BlackLight. Went by Fast Undercar in Ventura today and bought a Specialty Products cam bolt set, P/N 87385, for $47.50. Seems like a bargain, at least compared to what Ford wants. Just can't see tearing up a set of expensive tires with bad alignment. Will have them installed next week.
