Post Rear Roll Pan

TampaBayLightning

Would you be willing to e-mail me at terpeg@mindspring.com for some questions on your roll pan? I am starting the same modifications and have some questions.

Pacecar:

You'll want to go with the steel rollpan only. The reason is that it will require a final/minor tack weld.

The corners that Sir Michael's sells are a must. The existing corners that already wrap around the rear should be removed upon removal of the bumper. The new fiberglass corners will match up to the rollpan perfectly. They extend out further than the originals and make for a smooth look.
A single rollpan w/out the corners may not accomplish the look that you're trying for.

On the up-side. Total installation time is only 1-2 hours. And the look is dramatic.

Tampa,

Was this picture taken before you did the 2" drop? Yours looks like it has the same ride height as mine and mine is stock.

BTW, the rollpan looks awesome!!!

Strohm:

Thanks. Yeah, this pic was taken before the 2" drop. Haven't had the camera out lately.

Tampa,

The rollpan that you got was steel correct? Does Sir Michael's sell a fiberglass one or someone else that you know of.

Hoping you already saved everyone else the run around.
