Try resetting the codes then take the Batt cable off for about an hour. Also check the grounding to the PCM. Do you have a chip?

check your fuses in the engine bay for the pcm (there are two) i had a problem similar where the truck would stall and i got theft codes and went as far as replacing an iac, key transciever, battery, a set of plugs all to find out i had a loose fuse (40 amp maxi fuse, green)
good luck i hope this helps because i went crazy for almost a month. also...hopefully you get more feedback than i did in here...don't forget to try as many different ways to search your problem you will find more help that way...everybody seems to be caught up in lame a$$ issues like "how much air pressure in my slicks" or "i found a lightning paper weight o e-bay"
