Steering noise

Hello well just got my Lightning, and i have a question about it. Whenever i turned the steering wheel all the way to one side and i step on the gas i here clanks dont know if this is normal or not?

See Front End Clunk below. It is known issue - Search on Fron end clunk.

Easy answer is lube steering parts.
