Will Midpipes require a new Dyno tune?

I'm picking up a set of Bassani Midpipes with the hi-flow cats for my 03. I already ahve the Bassani SS Cat Back system. I JUST got Dynotuned with my 6# setup last week. Will slapping these on require a new tune, or are midpipes simply a sound mod?

P.S. Will I lose any TQ? I refuse to lose any TQ

i have custom tunes from jdm and i asked them about the rear 02 sensors being on or off. they advised me their tunes should already have the 02 sensors turned off and the check engine light should not come on. i have seen post where guys say they feel like they lost some tq with the high flow conv. i got them just for the sound. they are being installed next thu. so i will be able to post if the s.o.t.p. dyno tells me if i lost any tq.

I think my Bassani SS Catback sounds good enough. I'm only doing this if it doesn;t affect, or adds a couple HP. If it takes me down, then there's no way I'm doing them. Is this a supporting mod for a biger blower or something? A lot guys run them, so I can't see all of them willing to lose HP/TQ just for a little better sound.

The bassani cats dont require a retune and my rear 02s are still on and no CEL, I felt like I lost a little tq low down (butt dyno) but it felt like it pulled harder in the upper rpm range.
