Talking ZAINO

Just finished with the first coat of LORD Zaino's polish(ClayBar, Z-1,Z-5 and Z-6); I AM A BELIEVER. This stuff is simply incredible. Dispite being fairly time consuming(4 hrs) it is well worth the effort. The only problem now is waiting until tomarrow to apply the coat of Z-2.

Metallic Blue said it all. The day I got the Red Beast home the first coat went on. Now I have 3 coats and all I can say is WOW.

Cool

If any of you fellas has questions about anything related to detailing, then just let me know. I have pretty much everything documented from speaking with Sal Zaino.

I have put on 4 coats of Z? for swirls and still have the swirls. The L is white, how many coats should it take to get rid of them.
I followed tip and tricks that Zanio has on the web site.

Cool

Just finished the second coat (Z-2) and Gloss Enhancer. And I'll tell you that if I could read I could do it in the reflection. THIS IS GREAT STUFF!! It looks better than new.

Question

ANYBODY-

I'm a newcomer here. What's this Zaino everyone keeps talking about and where do you get it? How would it look on a red '95 L.?

FIDO-
Use the search button on the left of the screen and type in ZAINO. You ought to get plenty of info. If not, go to www.zainobros.com and have a look around. I'm gonna probably gonna order a full set of everything, so I'll let you know if you want to go in for half.

Damn Zaino. It's another truck related addiction. If it looks this good with 1 coat, lets try 2. Awesome. 3 has to be even better. How could this be! I'll bet 4 is gonna look even more incredible...

Dragon Claw,
I'm curious, how is the paint looking on your White Lightning? other than the swirls. I have yet to see any pics of the Zaino on any WHITE vehicles. I would like to try it, but I would like to see some on white. It looks great on the colors I've seen in pics.

Any white pics with Zaino???

The paint looks good, it has a very good reflection and the metal is smooth to the touch. I just can't get rid of the swirls, to get rid of the swirls is mainly why I bought Zanio.

Dragon Claw,
Thanks for the response! In your opinion, does Z make a difference on the white like it does with other colors? Just want to be sure before I decide. Thanks again.

I can see my knock down ceiling in the garage from the hood of the Lightning.
After reading about the towels, in the other thread I bought mine at Wal Mart. I was trying to follow the directions, so I will buy the towels at a mall store. I would give Zanio a try. I did the clay bar, and all the steps that Zanio said . I just want to get rid of the swirls.
