Hey Guy's

I use the Hoosier Quick Time Pro D.O.T. This is a 26x9.5x16, if fits the 16x7 rims great. Jeg's has them for $169.99 MM&FF mag. did a test on these and said they work great. I have mine mounted on Ford Motorsport/M-1007-k705 wheels, from Tire Rack $79.00 closeout price. These have been in my shop most of the winter, I just tried them last night. They HOOK HARD, I have no tire spin on the street. I'm amazed at how well these work
The track will be open soon, I will post my times.
Speaking of the track, ET Street,Hoosier Q.T.Pro DOT, are DOT tires and do not count as slick's at least not at the NHRA track I go to. Last year I was running a stang at 12.20 with MT/ET Street, and they never looked for dline loop. They always looked at the tire to make sure it was DOT, and let me go run as long as I didn't break into 11.99

For those of you that will be running the Mickey Thompson Drag ET`s and are interested in running a tube, the Mickey T`s part#9552, this could be purchased from Summit Racing or Jeg`s.Summit lists this tube part# for 15 inch wheels only, but they re recommended for the 16`s as well, posted right on the slick itself. Hope this helps someone....I Will finally have a chance to run them on Fool`s Day

Thumbs up

Great day at the track. Was running consistent 13.2`s all day long (12 runs) . Tires performed very well, sixty foot times are in the low 1.90`s with a best of 1.88. But one thing that I discovered is that now I need to have my chip reprogrammed to compensate for the exhaust. After reading about the delays with recieving chips back. I have decided to use a local Manufacturer. So now I must sell my chip on eBay...Oh well that should be fun

If anybody is interested?
According to my sources...Mickey Thompson has stopped production of the 26x10x16 ET Drag slick (permanetly)
Supposedly the only thing they will be offering is the ET Street! (26x11.5x16)

I believe that there are only a few pairs scattered around. I know I found one of the last few around. Making phonecalls is the only way to track down a pair.
