Had court for hopefully the last time today. Long story short, some of the guys charged accepted a guilty plea and took the 4 point bargain and have to attend a class. Some of them are meeting again to discuss the charged with a lawyer present on the 18th of May *Jared included* and the Judge asked why my ticket said 19Feb and everyone else's said 18th, I told her that it was wrong and that I had witnesses that could testify that I was not even in the same county on the 19th. She laughed and said, *See ya' on the something?? of June* I forget, but the point is that the officer has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that I was even in Weld county and that isn't going to happen. So I am no longer worried. I am just going to tape the 12 point to my dash so I can behave....at least for a year.
