DEALERSHIPS TO AVOID
Think we need to have two new threads, because most of the problems some of us are having are dealship problems. So I'm starting two new threads "DEALERSHIPS TO AVOID" "GOOD DEALERSHIPS". THIS IS THE DEALERSHIPS TO AVOID LIST.
My first canidate is here in Houston. Central Ford (where I bought my 99L) Wouldn't replace fog lamp lenses under warranty and said they would get back to me after they talked to Ford. That was two months ago and I'm still waiting. In the mean time I went to another dealership here in Houston and got two new one already. I will post them on the GOOD DEALERSHIP LIST.

VERY BAD: Northside Ford San Antonio Tx
-Denied intercooler leak 3 times.
-Held truck for over 30 days waiting for parts
-Told if I drove it in those 30 days, warranty would be void
-Failed to fix window rattle twice
-Claimed Service Engine Soon light was due to Sal's Filter kit
-Refuse to service vehicle AT all if it has been modded.
