Lightning Suspension

ok lets start off by saying that i drove an L for the first time last night and all i have to say is WOW... i am really envious. but anyways one of the things that i liked the most was the suspension. It really felt stiff and i definetly dont want to say heavy but just STURDY... If anyone could tell me how to get that on my 2000 f150 it would be greatly appreciated.

Find someone who has put a kit on their truck and buy the stock Lightning kit. Otherwise, buy an aftermarket kit for your truck.

Definate 1-2 inches up front, not sure about the back. You can get Lightning shocks for it, they are bilstien. They will definately help ride quality, but as far as the drop goes the f-150 factory shocks should still be ok. Email me at vigoruler@aol.com

Good advice about buying used Lightning suspension parts. Or you can get one of the many aftermarket suspension kits. I use a Hotchkis Performance kit and it handles like a big slot car.

How much did the Hotchkis Performance kit run you also. do you think that this is a good deal and that by buying all of this it will give me my desired feel. Also does anyone know how much this lowers the back
