I read years ago where SAl at PSP, when his battery started to go on him on his first truck - he just replaced it with another same size Motorcraft - and was satisfied with it. As I don't have any additional sound equipment and don't plan on getting any - and I don't have any fans on my H/E I might want to run between runs down the strip - the stock battery seemed like a good way to go when my battery got weakened last year. It doesn't look as "spiffy" as the Optima's but I didn't need the other features on the Optima - and it fit right in and the price was right and I figure it'll be good far another 3-4 years.
