Gas mileage revisted

I know buy a ricer if you want gas mileage. BUT, I'm all stock (k&n) and maggy exhaust) around town i get about 12 mpg babying it and about 9 mpg pulling my 20ft bas boat. I'm not worried about the mileage as much as I am whats causing it. I done the following:
1. NGK ITR6
2. Replaced O2 Sensors
3. New high flow cats
4. All new coil packs.
Ford says its running fine but it still seems like it takes too much throttle to pull the boat and drive around town. Intercoller has never been cleaned, 57k miles, couild that be it?
Thanks
Dave

I dont know too much about this, but i bet that difference was caused by the amount of hwy. vs. city driving done. I dont think an E-fan is gonna get u roughly 1mpg better gas. I could be wrong... just my 2 cents.

I put the LFP E-Fan kit +pump on the truck last September. Prior to it I had the other mods (3lb, SCT 9100, Magnaflow Muffler, FTVB) installed for a year always seeing 260-280 miles when the Low Fuel light comes on.

After the E-fan the Low Fuel light comes on now and the trip shows 300-320 which is what my truck use to be when it was in stock form.

I have not done a dyno since the E-Fan +pump but at the track I went from 12.68 @ 108.14 to a 12.46 @ 109.17
