Paul,

Mine has done that from day 1. No leaks, still have yet to add anything to it but the water wetter. The circulating pump seems to work really well. So well that I've been entertaining the idea of getting another one and connecting it to the tranny cooler to circulate fluid after shut down, to help bring down fluid temps after hard runs.

The air bubbles you see are due to the high flow rate of the pump, quite normal. If it ever stops the air bubbles then worry, unless you are using a different cooler which is bubble free.

Question Gurgling Intercooler Resevoir ???

I was wondering if someone knows if something is wrong here.

I just decided to check my intercooler resevoir in the morning. I started the truck and opened the hood. I had checked it a week before and it was down just a little bit.

When I opened the hood, you can see that there is some serious bubbling and cycling going on with the fluid. I assume that this is normal because I didn't think that there was a thermostat anywhere within the intercooler line. The reason that I am worried is because in a regular rad system, if you have bubbling like that you either have an airlock or a leak somewhere along the line.

Am I ok?
Please let me know.

thx a bunch!

Paul G.
