Cool 2000's on Order - Gonna Love IT!!

We turned into the dealer parking lot today, and there it was. Man, my heart needed a thump to get it pumping again. I've never seen a RED LIGHTNING before. It was absolutely a thing of beauty.

If anyone has one on order and has never seen one in person, your jaw will drop. There is nothing, I mean nothing, not to like about the look of this truck.

Power? - ya baby!

Speed? - as mentioned - very deceiving

Handling? - a little jiggly around town - very nice at speed.

Comfort? - I'm a big dude - gonna take a little time to crush the seat back bolsters and/or rearrange my kidneys.

Sound? - A very nice rumble - blower sound is pretty addictive.

Stereo? - pretty thin

Gear Shift Lever? - hate it

WORTH IT? - this thing is a riot - anybody waiting - be patient - you won't believe it!!!

Thumbs up

Ok, then, we're back to "Inhale, exhale, repeat as necessary"

This doesn't help any more after reciept than before, but it is fun to keep saying it to hyperventilating rookies! (If it makes you feel any better, I still hypervent every time I get in and turn the key, a year later!)

The Wyldman

OH! BTW, Congrats on the new arrival!

Wyld

Wyldman-

The "inhale, exhale" method works, but only if you're inhaling and exhaling the right stuff! Man, I could wait another year standing on my head!

No, really. Just kidding. That stuff's not for me.

I just found out today that my L has been built and release to shipping. I was given 4/10 as the arrival date. Does this sound about right for thoses that have received there's? Got my Lightning banner yesterday and ordered the clear corners today. Need to order chip and air intake soon.
Looks like more sleepless nights from now on.

Two weeks by truck - 3 by rail. Sounds about right. You're gonna love it.
