Dear Lightning Brothers & Sisters, I am working through my Plant officials as we speak. They are trying to get me set up with a direct contact for the X-plan program. If we are successful I will have unlimited X-plans and will be able to help everyone like last year. We were able to sponsor over $3,000,000. worth of X-plans sales last year.

No worries X-plan is a program where Ford employees are able to sponsor friends and neighbors with a company discount usualy about 2 to 4%.

99% of the people we helped last year were extreamly pleased with their savings.

I used an X plan at the end of 04 on a Sport Trac and it saved over $3k. I am hoping to be needing one again in 08, lets hope they are still availale in 08.

MAXXIS2001SCREW told me to come over here and he said you might be able to get me an X plan pin. I posted this over in the 2004-2006 F150 forum trying to find an A plan pin:

"I am looking for an "A" plan pin. I am a soon to be single parent and I am trying to consolidate my 2 vehicles into one. My soon to be ex-wife does not want either vehicle so that leaves me stuck with a Kia Sedona that I am upside down in. It is so upside down that the only way out from under it is to trade it in. I will never by another Kia; it looses its value too quick. My 2004 F-150 is good.

I am trying trade both of them in on a new F-150. It will lower my cash flow a lot.

Thanks Suavy, i may need that some day. My uncle no longer works at ford so we cant get the D-plan.

How close is the X plan compared to the D? Everyone you talk to tells you something different.

 

A-plan is for direct family members of Ford employees. X-plan is for friends and neighbors.

Thanks so much! When I finally get things ready I will email you. I am having a little problem getting her out of the Kia. I thought she would be out by 1 Feb but it looks like that will not happen. Hopefully she will be out soon.
