Suggestions for head porting/polishing

Not really an L questions, but I figured you guys would probably know best. Im looking to get some heads ported and polished. Ive looked around and found a few places, but Im not sure who to go with. I just havent heard enouhg about all of them. Id like it to be on the cheap side, and something like a Stage II P&P job. The heads are NON PI too. (my 4.6 is a non pi-I dont want to have to run 93 octane, or change the pistons at this time).

So, who would you guys suggest? Also, is Steen Racing any good? I emailed them a couple days ago about prices etc.

THANKS

Fox Lake, Patriot Performance and TEA are the big three off the top of my head.
