There was a post a while back about the high alliutude option? The question i have is what is it and would it affect my preformance. The alitude of my area is 3578'

Hey Dennis, Sal here. Even though it is actually listed on the dealer spec sheet for the Lightning, there is no such thing as applies to the Lightning. There is only one PCM used for each year of truck (99-00). As with all SVT vehicles from 93 to present, ther are no high altitude calibrations, and no special emmisions calibrations for other states. All SVT vehicles are 50 state calibrations.
