Lightning's all over the place!
I've been driving around the Metro Detroit area here, and there's been at least one Lightning at most of the Ford dealers I've driven by. I was just at Royal Oak Ford and they have two, a red and a black. Elder Ford has a white one, Jerome Duncan Ford had 2 red ones. Huntington said they have a black and a white. No silver anyplace though. All this makes me wish I had one even more. Maybe in a couple months!
All this is funny because at Jerome Duncan they told me that they are the only Ford in Michigan that can sell SVT vehicles!

This is what happened in 93-94. People sucked all the 93s up qiuck and when 94 came around they were tuff to sell.I remember seeing a 95 white(most desired)in march of 96 for sale brand new faded window sticker and all.My friend ended up buying it for around $19,000 brand new.There is a red one at my local dealership.I cant believe it is still for sale.3 weeks now

Maybe dealers are trying to charge over sticker... that will make a car/truck sit on a lot for a bit..

Jerome Duncan is full of it. I bought my '99 L there and am not impressed with there service or attitude. I had a lot of problems there, one being they scratched the entire passenger side while in for the dreaded front end clunk. The dealer on Hall and Gratiot sells SVT (Russ Milne?) and I know Fred Grande Ford on Gratiot near 32 mile also sells them.
