For those of you who have that tinny, tingling sort of rattly noise on accell or downshift, I have found one culprit.
Someone may have already posted it, but anyway the heat shield for the headers on the drivers side just touches the steering and sets up a resonant vibration that comes up through the steering column to the wheel.
Very easy to fix.

So far, I just got under the truck and took some pliers and bent it away a little bit.
Tonight/tomorrow, I will measure a little better and try to remove it and do a more craftmanship type job.
If you crawl under there, you will see what I am talking about.
I also have some leaks to address, but want to let the system cycle another 100 miles or so before I start on that.
