hey Dan,

Yeah, gonna call tomorrow. I assume we're talking about JDM Engineering in New Jersey? Also gonna ask the dealer to try and contact the prior owner and see if he will answer a few questions for me.

Why does it have to be JDM?? you can call PSP or email them too.. i believe even JLP is getting into the SCT tuning now.. aside from it all JDM wont email you a tune, you would need to send the programmer to them.. PSP and JLP i know will send you a tune by email..

I show '03 #628 as being owned by AirborneRacer. Here is his photo gallery:

I saw that truck on Ebay.

Pretty good fine.

Even though there is 20 months left on the warranty....Id be surprised if Ford covered anything because of the modifications that are done to it.

Great and VERY helpful post DHFerguson! Thank you very much! I'm reading all about the history of the truck now as Airborne documented his mod process pretty well on this very forum.

The s/c pully certainly isn't stock looking in the photo. Stock should be 2.93 I believe and black, not chrome! I wouldn't worry about it though. I would keep in on there.

Hi Eds,

Well I read in his old posts that he replaced the stock upper pully with a polished upper pully of the same size (2.93) to match all the other upgraded pullies.
