I'l be flying up to Wa on Saturday morning, to pick up my 99 lighting. I'll be in the seatle area, more specificall the university area, don't know too much about Seatle, Although if you really wanted to meet up, I could meet you downtown or somethihng, near Pikes place, say. What year is your Lightning? Is it a 99 or 00? I bought mine from Bill Pierre ford in September, and just today as a matter of fact recieved my plates. I had 3 sets of temporary tags, with the last one going through May.
Welcome to the board by the way, lots of us folks are pretty respectful of each other and I suggest looking into the archives for some general information, such as potential problems with your truck, this wil save everyone time. The cost of the internet, $20/month, value of fellow F150online members...priceless.

Best info I can give you: watch out for moose.

I think alphadoggy is trying to be funny here, he is relating to my fun fun week in Tok alaska, pop 200. temp -45. My friend hit the moose in the middle of nowehere, and we were only travelling at 50mph when we saw it. That was Jan 4th, ITS NOW MARCH 10, and I am now getting my truck back from the shop, and from what I hear, its gonna have to be worked on again due to poor workmanship. Food for thought.

Thumbs up

Hey Fang, I'm in Redmond. Just got my Red 2000 Lightning on Wednesday night. Kind of odd buying a vehicle without driving it .

I have a bed liner, tonneau cover and filter on order. I'm still looking for a chip. So many options, so little $$$$.
