ad4x4 and BACK, I also communicated with Cervini's a month ago, and I made it clear that I was not interested in the hood unless it was functional. The article in MM&FF said they were developing a functional air box for that hood, so I don't know why they would notify me now unless it was available. On the other hand, I can't see anything on their web-site about an air box kit, and the price for the hood seems too low to include one. I guess the only way to clarify it would be to call Cervini's, but I am not sure I want to go through the hassle, cost, and weight penalty, and I have to sell a house first, anyway, so I'll leave it up to you guys to check it out.
