Post Part # for the AIM 2" Drop Shackle?

Does anybody have it. AIM says it's not the same as the regular F150 but didn't have time to look it up for me.

Thanks.

Cool

Try this link...

Mine were painted metallic blue with red bushings. I think they are the same as any listed . http://www.truckn.com/HTML/aim7.htm

Twisted:

Thanks. Did you have an invoice or receipt that actually showed the part #. I think the guy was just blowing me off this morning.

I'm going to go ahead and do the shackle and hanger(may God have mercy on my soul).

Since I removed the hitch, rear bumper and spare tire (200+ lbs.), the a$$-end has really come up. May need a 3-1/2" drop to completely level it out.

I'll do the 2" shackle drop first. If it's not enough, I'm ready with another 1-1/2".

Just want to know this guy is wrong before I call back.

Thanks!

Rich

Rich, I installed a set weekend before last. Took about 10 minutes per side and fit perfect. The truck is level now.

Thanks Tony:

I'll call today and get a set ordered.

Give me a heads up about Sunday breakfast this week before the Fun Ford thing at Desoto Speedway.

Looking forward to seeing your L.

I called AIM today to order a set a the guy was totally useless on the phone. He said the Lightning was already lowered from the factory and wanted to know if thats how they lowered it(shackles) I told him I didn't think so and that allot of guys had already ordered rear drop shackles. He started to cop a additude. I ordered them so we will see what happens. Sure wish guys who already got them whould have posted a part number. When I get mine and if they are correct I will post a number. Jeff
