am planing on doin a tune up " SPARK PLUGS" but cant decide which to go with and also the "SHIFT KIT" which whats the BEST way to go also SAFEST.

i just changed my oil i used Royal Purple and also changed my fuel filter oil filter added Red Line Water Weter with Water in the SC bottle and a K&N drop in filter.

the truck is stock i need to knwo what plugs to use and about the "SHIFT KIT" should ui go with the "VALVE KIT" or with the other kit fergot the name for it some thing ford LOL.

but yeah i want it to be safe.

DONT WANNA CHEAP OUT ON PARTS.

so any advice would be great.
