i do not own a lightning but am quite impressed..my local dealer does not have one and kinda beat around the bush when i asked about a price....what does a lightning run on average??? just curious

 

The 99 Lightnings were stickered at about 30,600 with all options. Some people got them under sticker but I think most had to pay sticker or 3 or 4 thousand over sticker. I think the 2000 models are about a thousand dollars higher on the sticker.

I believe that I purchased my L from the same dealership(WINNER FORD)you speak of.Don`t know who you spoke to, but I am surprised to hear that they were not helpful.I paid just under 30k for mine.Which i believe is a great price considering we live in a tax free state
