Met a couple of guys last night that informed me that my friend from Texas, Wes Tarbox, had a '99. Just wanted to see if he was out there. Wes, are you a member of this board?

I'm not sure if Wes watches this board very closely, I talk to him all the time on the NLOC Onelist (info found at www.nloc.org , though. I got to meet him last weekend at the E. Texas F body Shootout and found him to be a really great guy. I also noticed he got mentioned in MM&FF this month for his outstanding showing at the FFW in Ennis last year.

Yes, I do have a new '99. Bought it last Aug. and it has 4500 miles on it now. Wonderful truck with very few mods, but it runs outstanding, IMO.
Chuck, thanks for the kudos on the brief appearance in MMFF. I was hoping I'd get mentioned or they'd include a small snapshot of the car. Oh well...can't be greedy. The Super Ford spread in Jan. '00 turned out well.
