i need to find some winter wheels for the L. not sure what will fit i have a 99 and want the basic cheap wheel. what do you guys recommend?

 

I would get some wheels and maybe tires from a junk yard F150.

 

just buy a beater. cheaper on gas, easier to handle in the snow, and your lightning wont get all fukced up from the snow/salt!


but if you have to get winter wheels and tires you can get cheap steel f150 wheels from any junkyard. And you can find almost any type of winter tire here.... www.tirerack.com

Yeah, winter beaters are the way to go!

 

well get the tool that drops your spare on your truck. get a buddy and load up and bring the tool make sure to drive a truck scout out used car lots find 4 f150's and drop the spare lol but if you prefer to buy just go to a junkyard and buy 4 spare f150 tires.

 

Just buy 3... and use your spare.

 

this is mine most of the time...... bt since diesel is still kinda high, I pimp a 94 ford tempo!!!!!
