Engine label for air filter kit (part 2)
How about something like this for the tube:
5.4 SUPERCHARGED
-----400 HP-----
I liked having the horsepower displayed on my '68 Chevelle droptop. (many moons ago...)
Several stickers could be made available for everyones different HP rating.

I got your e-mail. Opps I think you confused me with someone who is making these emblems or purchasing them. I did'nt get a chance to reply.
I was just another lost soul who was interested in getting an emblem if the possibility arose.
The emblems can't be purchased from what Babolt has stated, but we may come up with our own little neat emblem (Which Ford Can't Touch)
Might add 15bhp with a neato emblem!

As you know I spend a lot of time(yes we have traded e-mail) tring to make things for my vehicles (not just the Lightning) just like many of the other guys here. As for the ebmlems they may become available at some point in time through Ford service but not right now and I have no idea when that may occur if at all. Also as the guys that are involved in auto restoration know many of these decal and emblems do become available after a while. Just a little advice save the part number that was posted in the other thread so if you ever talk to your Ford dealers part dept. guy he will have something to check for. You won't find the # listed anywhere else.

From a high profile standpoint it has to be the Lightning logo with the lightning bolt follow by the letters SVT. On the HMSL (hi mount stop lamp) I have seen guy make a silk screen mask so that when the lamp is on you only read what has not been blackened out. The only time I see an issue is when you try to market something that is copyrighted. Not to much hassle over one off items. Also since there are at least two individuals on this board who have offered up artwork maybe they could create a mask for the HMSL. Lets wait and see. Again, one offs usually don't get you into trouble, it is the mass marketing/distribution of someones elses logo,trademark or proprietary information that does. Case in point Blue Oval News, he may have had a little win but I would question his ethics and sure as heck would not let him date my daughter.
