I've had this problem for a while now, Im wondering if any of you guys/gals have had this too and if you have solution:
Theres some moisture in my drivers side tail light that has been bugging me for the last year or so. I would like to get rid of it!! I hope I dont have to replace it.

If you are under warranty go have the dealer replace it.

Both of mine did that. I drilled a small hole, and that took care of it. It will take awhile for it to go away.

I think besides baking it, removing the old glue and resealing it, the only other way to fix it would be to replace it.

Definetly not under warranty.
Drilled a hole, huh? How big of hole and where did u drill?
So, I can also pull the light, open it, dry it, and seal it back together? What kind of sealant would I have to use??

take it off your truck and let it air out.

I wouldn't drill a hole in it. Mine have never done this, and I live in Humid, Cold, Hot weather.

Moisture forms if there is moisture in the light. IF it is bone dry in there, then their shouldn't me any water in there, unless you are leaking. Check your connections.

I drilled a 1/16 hole in the bottom, by the tailgate. And yes you can see it.

The lens is sealed from the light, so for the water to get in there it would have to be bad.

If I find a set of used lights I will bake the ones with the hole and paint them.

i was gonna say if your gonna replace it there was a guy earlier last week that was selling a set with a messed up passenger side so might be your lucky day. It should still be in classifieds.
